Christina Steele and Steven Richards, Iola, are planning a Dec. 23 wedding in a private ceremony in Chanute.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rodney and Karen Clover of Arizona. She is a graduate of Emporia High School and attended Emporia State University.
The groom-to-be is the son of Jerry and Pacita Richards, Iola. He is pursuing a college degree online.
A family reception is planned for Dec. 25 at 11 Holiday Ct. in Iola.
