Chad Elliott Beasley and Chelsey Rae Ann Cooper, both of Iola, have announced their engagement and pending marriage Sept. 22, 2018, in rural Iola.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Iola High School. She earned an associate in science degree from Allen County Community College. She is a property and casualty insurance agent with Iola Insurance, Inc. Her parents are Patricia and Tommy Clay, Colony, and Dennis and Debra Cooper, LaHarpe.
The groom-to-be is a 1990 Iola High School graduate. He works as an equipment operator for the City of Iola. His parents are Bill and Barbara Beasley, La-Harpe.
