Lisa Riebel and Bob Francis, Iola, are planning a Nov. 20 wedding in a private ceremony in LaHarpe.
The bride-elect is the daughter of George L. Riebel, Iola. She is a graduate of Iola High School and is employed by Gates Corporation.
The groom-to-be is the son of Carl and Ruby Francis, Blue Mound. He received a mechanical engineering degree from Kansas State University. He was employed by Haldex Brake Corporation.
