Elvis and Geri (Wolford) Reeder, Bronson, will celebrate 65 years of marriage in July.
The Reeders were married on July 16, 1950, in Bronson by the Rev. H.E. Millikan. Elvis retired from the grain elevator in Bronson and Geri worked at home.
The couple has two children, Steve Reeder and the late Erwin Reeder; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends and relatives are invited to help the couple celebrate their anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. on July 5 at Bronson United Methodist Church Annex. The party is hosted by their son Steve, his wife Betty Reeder and the couple’s grandchildren. A card shower is also requested. Cards may be sent to P.O. Box 14, Bronson, KS 66716.
