Elaine Tastove and Westin Holloway are happy to announce their engagement to be married. The couple will be married at 3 p.m. Sept. 28 at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Westphalia.
Elaine is the daughter of Robert and Margie (Mader) Tastove, Westphalia, and the granddaughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth “Betty” (Dieker) Tastove, Westphalia, and Joe and Julie (Lickteig) Mader, Richmond.
Westin is the son of Garry and Kathy (Caudell) Holloway, Kincaid, and the grandson of Neil Holloway and the late Mary Jane (New) Holloway, Lone Elm, and Sheldon and Ruth Caudell and the late Bettie (Culler) Caudell, Colony.
Elaine is a 2009 graduate of Anderson County High School. She received an associate degree in 2011 from Independence Community College, Independence, while on a basketball scholarship. In 2013 she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emporia State University.
Westin is a 2007 graduate of Crest High School. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture technology management from Kansas State University in 2011.
