HUMBOLDT Bonnie Ladd discussed Kids in the Kitchen at Tuesdays South Logan FCE meeting at the Humboldt Public Library.
She shared suggestions on teaching children kitchen skills, such as how to cook, developing healthy eating habits, and food safety.
When learning about food, youth can gain life skills and build self confidence, Ladd said. Children of all ages can benefit from a variety of kitchen activities under the guidance of a caring adult.
