For Memorial Day, its the men and women who sacrificed everything. Passover reminds us of the last plague of Egypt. Joshua set up a stone memorial to remember Gods words. We take Communion in a memorial for Jesuss sacrifice for us on the road.
Pastor Chase Riebel gave the sermon on gentleness. Romans 10:17 tells us faith comes by hearing the good news about Jesus. We need to present the good news in a gentle way so we dont drive people away from the word of God. There is no mens Bible study or youth group this week. Wednesday night Bible study session is at 6:30 at the parsonage.
