LAHARPE — A community carnival for folks of all ages is in the works Sept. 12.
The LaHarpe Wellness Committee is planning the community carnival from 1 to 5 p.m. at LaHarpe City Hall, where a variety of games are planned.
Raffle tickets, with the chance to win a new quilt, also will be sold.
