Pastor Steve Traw’s Mother’s Day message was another in a series of messages taken from the New Testament book of Ephesians 2:1-10, “God’s Grace.”
Mothers recognized were as follows: youngest mother present, Patty Herschberger; eldest mother present, Virginia Warren; having the most children, Virginia Warren; traveling the most miles to church, Paula McCann;
Having the most children present, Rita Sanders; meanest mother, Mary Ann Ritter.
Pianist Myrna Wildschuetz plays “Thanks to Calvary” for the prelude and “Lonely Road Up Calvary’s Way” for the offertory.
Celebrating birthdays are Gene Chambers, May 9; Ron Phipps, May 11; and Beverly Hawk on May 15.
The church fellowship dinner follows the morning worship services on Sunday.
