Pastor Steve Traw’s message Sunday, “Storm Season Ahead,” was taken from Psalm 46. God is our refuge when storms come, Traw said. Whoever takes refuge in God has no reason to fear. So clap your hands and sing praises to God for his tender mercies and careful watch over us.
Pianist Myrna Wildschuetz played “Wayfaring Stranger” for the prelude and “My God and I” for the offertory.
Glen Herschberger celebrated his birthday Friday. Roger and Linda Perkins and Jerry and Deb Jones celebrated their respective wedding anniversaries Monday.
The Rev. Tom Bevard sang “Sweet Hour of Prayer” accompanied by Myrna on the piano.
The church fellowship dinner will be at noon Sunday
Bible Study with Pastor Traw on the book of Hebrews is at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
