Country Club
Alice Dowell hosted the Carlyle Ladies Country Club meeting at Carlyle Fellowship Hall.
Also attending were Naomi Chambers, Jeanice Cress, Pauli Hawk, Joanne McIntyre, Joyce Sneed, Cheryl Klingensmith, Myrna Wildschuetz, June ODell and guest Maynard Cress.
For her program, Alice described how she enjoyed hunting elk in Chama, N.M. She brought an 8-point rack she hunted, field dressed and took to a processing plant in town. This elk provided 800 pounds of meat.
Alice has bagged an elk at each hunt shes attended, but was unable to go this year.
Naomi will host the October meeting.
