Klaira Gayle Hayes, 9, and River Glenn Watkins, 1½, are happy to announce the birth of their baby brother, Lennox Graham Watkins, born Oct. 6, 2017, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital Birthing Center in Lawrence.
Lennox weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20¾ inches long.
His proud parents are Jared and Mallory Watkins, Lawrence.
Maternal grandparents are Michael and Mona Percy Melvin, Iola. Maternal great-grandparents are Jeanne Anne Masterson Percy, Iola, and the late William Glenn “Curly” Percy, and Osa Lenore Melvin Howard, Williamsburg, and the late Master Sgt. Ernest Ned Melvin.
Paternal grandparents are Jana Watkins, Raytown, Mo., and the late Lucien Watkins.
