Iolans John and Kelci Sigg are the parents of a daughter, Ellie Lynn Sigg, born Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute.
Ellie weighed 7.3 pounds and was 20 inches long.
Ellie has an older sister, Emery, 2.
Her maternal grandparents are Tim and Virginia Wools, Iola, and Dave and Joellen Owens, Neosho Rapids.
