Joshua and Kylee Skahan, Topeka, are the parents of a daughter, Baylee Grace, born Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at Stormont Vail in Topeka. She weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 22 inches long.
Baylee joins an older brother, Brady Lucas, 3.
Her maternal grandparents are Darren and Tracy Mann, Moran. Her paternal grandparents are Dennis and Nancy Skahan, Iola. Great-grandparents are Grace Calahan, Colony, and Don Mann, Moran.
