Woodson County Sheep Auction will not have sales in April or May  due to the COVID-19.

There will be a buying station on April 7 and May 5 at the same location.

SEK Sheep and Goat Buying station will be open from noon to 7 p.m. for the next two months.

There will only be one buyer present, but he will have bids from at least three or four of the auction’s normal “major” buyers.

If“replacement type” animals are being sold, organizers will hold onto those animals “until we get closer to ‘back to normal,’” a press release read.
