Square B 4-H’ers tell each other about gross ice cream

4-H club also learns about how to care for a hedgehog.

The March 9 meeting for the Square B 4-H Club was held at the Allen County Courthouse. The Flag salute and 4-H Pledge were led by Lee Wanker and Josh Wanker. Roll call was taken by naming a gross ice cream flavor. Songs were led by Katelyn Hicks. Layla Newkirk gave an illustrated talk on how to care for a hedgehog. 

All members over the age of 14 are reminded to log into their online accounts and add leader to their projects. Members were also encouraged to participate in Walk Kansas, which started Friday.

The April meeting will be held at the Allen County Courthouse April 13 at 7 p.m. The May meeting will be held at Greystone Assisted Living on the corner of Kentucky and Miller streets.
