GIRARD — The Allen County Special Olympics team participated at a Bocce Meet in Girard Wednesday.
They competed in two four-person teams. Teams consisted of two athletes and two partners.
Casey Riebel and Coury Sager were joined by partners Kenny Riebel and Lyle Kern, and took first in their division.
Ty Johnson and Ian Webber were joined by partners Laura Johnson and Emily Webber, placing second in their three-team match.
The Special Olympians have shifted to track and field mode and are training for a meet in Erie April 30.
