MV FBLA students headed to state

Marmaton Valley High School's Allyson Benjamin was elected FBLA's District 1 Vice President. She and her schoolmates also qualified for the state competition in several events.

LOUISBURG — Twelve Marmaton Valley High School Future Business Leaders of America members attended the District 1 Conference in Louisburg Feb. 11. 

Allyson Benjamin, campaigning to become District 1 vice president, was unanimously elected to the seat. She will attend the FBLA National Conference in Salt Lake City in June.

Benjamin and 11 other students competed. Those placing in the top 10 will attend the State FBLA Conference March 30-31 in Topeka.
