The 69th annual Kellerman family reunion was July 10 at Kelley Park in Burlington, hosted by the family of the late Joan and Floyd Hesse and Earl Cole.
The late Ed and Belle Kellerman were parents of 14 children. Six are still living. This year, one of the six children was present with several of their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
There were 33 in attendance.
Attending were David, and Edna Donovan and Brian and Tina Donovan, Iola; Mary Spruk and Linda Oneslager, Shawnee; Wyatt and Millie Cole, Kimber Cole, Crissie and Mallory Gilmore, Aaliyah Cole, Remi Cole, Connie Cole and Keith Lemke, Jaxsen Gilmore and Emri Kitt and Joe Metzger, Burlington; Dode Cole, Olpe; Barbara, Keevan and Micah Dewald, Cory, Cami, Melea and Tobias Ryan, Lyons; Sherry Donovan, Platte City, Mo.; Erica Kellerman and Zach Burriss, Lawrence; William (Allan) Kellerman, Merriam; Deborah Kelly, Texas; and Kursten Metzger and Lane Gibson, Westphalia.
Married into the family were Edward and Haley (Kimball) Donovan; Brittany (Kracht) and Austin Saathoff;and Brayden and Trinity (Young) Fox.
The next reunion on July 9, 2023, will be hosted by the Ina Railsback family.
