A crowd listens to live music Saturday during an Iola Artist Showcase at the old Derryberry Breadery building, 20 W. Jackson Ave. The event, planned by volunteers and designed to help celebrate the work of local artists, featured the work of around half a dozen visual artists. A second event is tentatively planned for early next year.
