Iola High School brought home plenty of hardware while hosting three FFA events on March 7.

Members competing in ag sales, dairy cattle evaluation and poultry.

Iola’s dairy cattle A and B teams placed first.

Individually, Kyser Nemecek took first, followed by Rebeka Coltrane in second, Dallyn McGraw in third, Carter Hutton in sixth and Aysha Houk in ninth for the A team. Tayten Salzwedel took first in B team, followed by Shaun McGlaughlin in second, Brennen Coffield in third, Reese Curry in sixth, Baron Folk in eighth and Macey Lewis in 10th.

The ag sales team took fourth overall, with Carly Dreher taking third individually and Jarrett Herrmann in 12th.

Abigail Meiwes led the fourth-place poultry team by taking the seventh-place individual score.
