Humanity House’s latest fundraiser should be enough to whet the heartiest of appetites.
Director Tracy Keagle is organizing a bierock sale through St. Patrick’s Day, with proceeds to go to Humanity House’s utility relief fund.
Bierocks are baked pastry pocket sandwiches filled with seasoned beef, cabbage and onions.
The bierocks will sell for $20 a dozen, and can be picked up March 14-17.
