The Cofachique Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution discussed several bits of history Sunday. Topics included Laura Ingalls Wilder, the Bear River Massacre and Palo Duro Canyon.

Daughters of the American Revolution , Cofachique Chapter, met in Humboldt Sunday.

Members Deborah Jackson, Lisa Wicoff, Clara Wicoff, Linda Rubow, Marcia Longberg, Barbara McIntosh, Nancy Castellucci, Linda Johnson and Cynthia Geisler were present.

McIntosh gave a program on Laura Ingalls Wilder.

Geisler gave the Native American program on the 1863 Bear River Massacre of more than 250 Shoshoni men, women and children.

Rubow told about Palo Duro Canyon.
