Dance students bring home awards

Students with Miss Chelsea’s Dance Academy were in St. Louis Jan. 26-29 for the Deprese Dance Convention.

The studio received an “eminence award” for the students’ hard work and technique.

The dancers earned one diamond, 11 double platinum and 17 platinum adjudication awards.

They placed first overall in two categories; one took second overall; three took thirds; two placed fourth, one finished sixth and one seventh.

They also came home with three judges choice awards.
