A groundbreaking ceremony at Allen County Community College, to mark the start of construction of a new Career and Technical Education (CTE) facility has been put on hold.
The event had been planned for Wednesday at the Iola campus, but a spate of wet weather Tuesday, and forecasts for colder, and much windier conditions Wednesday, prompted offficials to reschedule.
