Pastor Steve Traw’s message Sunday was taken from John 15:9-17: “Love That Abides.” 

Believers must abide and remain faithful to the end, just as God abides and remains faithful to us to the end. 

Pianist Myrna Wildschuetz played an Albert Brumley Medley for the prelude and “When I Looked Up and He Looked Down” for the offertory.

Joyce Sneed is celebrating her birthday today.

The church fellowship fried chicken dinner followed the morning worship service.

Bible Study with Pastor Traw on the book of Hebrews is at 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Country Club

The February meeting of the Carlyle Ladies Country Club was canceled due to inclement weather. The March 12 meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. at hostess Phyllis Loomis’s home.
