Pastor Steve Traw discussed “The 1,000 Years” — taken from Revelation 20 — during Sunday’s service.

The Scripture says that at the end of 1,000 years of Christ’s reign there will be a series of judgments and those whose names aren’t written in the book of life will be judged according to their works and cast into the lake of fire. Satan, his demons and death (since death is a spirit) will be cast into the lake of fire as well (Rev. 20:14).

David Loomis was songleader for the morning worship service.

Pianist Myrna Wildschuetz played “Awakening Chorus” for the prelude and “Special Delivery” for the offertory.

Randy Bevard is celebrating his birthday today.

Church Fellowship dinner followed the morning services at noon, followed that afternoon with a congregational/corporation meeting.

Communion will be served Sunday.

Bible Study with Pastor Steve on the book of John is at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
