Marmaton Valley’s elementary and junior high schools have crowned their 2023 spelling bee champions.

The top three in each school advance to the Allen County Spelling Bee at 1 p.m. Friday at the Creitz Recital Hall in the Bowlus Fine Arts Center. The fourth-place finishers will serve as alternate competitors.
