Roland Thompson and Linda Clark Thompson were united in marriage on June 23, 1957, with their parents blessing at the First Christian Church, Chanute, with the Rev. Ted Hurst doing the honor.
Roland and Linda have cherished their time together, traveling and visiting abroad.
Roland and Linda raised two sons, Timothy and Lawrence. They enjoy their time with grandchildren, and great-grandchildren spend time with them.
They will celebrate with family at a private venue.
