Duane McGhee and Dorothy Tippie were married June 24, 1951, at Northcott Christian Church in Northcott.
Together, they raised four children on their dairy farm west of Colony, moving to Iola in 1980. They worked, sang, played, laughed and built a life together.
Their children and families invite friends to a reception for the McGhees from 2 to 4 p.m. June 26 at First Christian Church in Iola.
The couple requests no gifts.
