Donald and Judy Helman, Iola, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 15 at 501 E. Rock in Iola.
Donald Helman and Judy Butler were married Jan. 13, 1962, at the Iola Baptist Temple by the Rev. Jack Waterman.
Hosts for the anniversary reception will be their daughter, Lisa Sigg, and her husband Rodney, of Iola.
The couple have two additional children, Lori Bland and her husband, Mark, Arkansas City, and Michael Helman, Iola, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend. The couple requests no gifts. Cards would be welcomed.
