Arch and Amy Specht, 24O4 160th Rd., Piqua, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with their family on Dec. l7.
Archie Specht and Amaryllis Geer were married Dec. 22, 1951, in St. Martin’s Catholic Church in Piqua. The couple have been involved in farming in the Piqua area since 1959. Amy is actively involved in volunteer services at the Allen County Historical Museum, Iola Public Library and Friends of the Bowlus.
They hove three daughters, Michelle DiLisio and her husband, Tim, Buffalo, and Lisa Fontaine and her husband, David, and Carla Mueller and her husband, Tom, Iola; a son, Brian Specht and Sarah Cole, Piqua; 10 grandchildren, Josh and his wife, Jerrica, Drew, Brooke, Bryan, Maggie, Michael, Morgan, Krista, Megan and Bri; and one great-grandchild, Jaxen.
Two children, Mike Specht and Nancie Wilson, preceded them in death.
