The half-mill levy for industrial development, discontinued last spring, will be voted on again by Iolas citizens at the March election. The governing body decided yesterday afternoon to submit the issue to the citizens. The levy was first authorized in 1954 and renewed in 1956 for a second two years. It was voted down in the 1958 election. During the four years it was in effect, the levy raised about $11,000. The fund will be largely exhausted this spring to extend sewer lines and utilities to the industrial tract west of the Pet Milk Company, where a building is being erected for Iola Molded Plastics inc., a branch plant of the Red Fish Boat Company.
