Wray L. Skinner, 91, retired Cessna Aircraft and Army veteran, passed away Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Mattie Skinner; brother, Ralph, Jr.; sisters, Mary Smith and Ethel Ekstrom. Wray is survived by his wife of 64 1/2 years, Pauline; sons, Craig (Tam) Skinner, Denver, and Tim Skinner, Douglas, Wyp.; grandchildren, Lucas (Stephanie), Morgan (Timmy) Kuehne, Shayla (Brigham) Udall, Chelsie (Bryan) Waldmann, Odessa (Jeremy) Jensen, Josie Skinner, Corde Skinner, Julianna Skinner and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 o’clock tonight at Broadway Mortuary. Graveside service is at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Kansas Veterans’ Cemetery, Winfield. Memorial service is at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Bethany United Methodist Church. Memorials can be made to Bethany United Methodist Church and American Diabetes Association.
