Peggy McNally

Peggy Jo Sutterby McNally, 72, Windham, Conn., beloved wife of Thomas J. McNally, passed away on Jan. 21, 2013. Born in Iola on May 18, 1940, she was the daughter of Walter and Faye Sutterby.
She was a member of Mapleton Methodist Church.
As a child she loved the outdoor farm life and riding horses.
As an adult, she loved returning to her parents’ farm with her son and grandchildren for summer visits.
She married Thomas McNally on Jan. 1, 1975, in Connecticut. This union was blessed with one son, John. She is survived by her husband and son; five step-children; two beloved grandchildren and many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Hueston, Mapleton, and Sharon Lund, Jasper, Mo.; two brothers, Marlyn and Jack Sutterby, Mapleton; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be at 3 p.m. March 23 at Mapleton Methodist Church with burial at Mapleton Cemetery. A potluck meal will follow.
Memorials may be made to Mapleton Fire Department.
